Alex Collins/Karl Latham/Ryan Berg “Together” An album emerging from diverse musical and generational backgrounds, “Together” is an inviting release from world renowned drummer Karl Latham and fast rising New York area musicians pianist Alex Collins and bassist Ryan Berg. “Together” was created from live streaming events at “Concerts from the Cabin” during the COVID shutdown. Meeting in the studio the trio discovered their immediate chemistry exploring timeless jazz standards. Upon hearing the broadcast of their first event they knew that they wanted to share their collective spirited adventures with the world.

Karl Latham's latest release, Living Standards features bassist Mark Egan and guitarist Vic Juris performing iconic pop standards from the '60s and '70s. The trio, led by world renown drummer Latham, takes you on an adventurous jam band/jazz journey, exploring smash pop, rock and soul hits that have become modern standards, overlaping generations of listeners. Karl's latest trio follows the critically acclaimed Egan/Latham/Hart Unit1 and Latham/Carniaux/Egan Constellations. With the inclusion of virtuosic guitarist Vic Juris, Living Standards clearly draws from the interpretive spirit of Unit1 and Constellations providing a rhythmic and harmonic adventure in a vehicle of iconic pop standards.
